Manufacturer's Suggested Usage
As a dietary supplement, orally, adults, one or two capsules mid-morning and mid-afternoon, or as directed by a health professional. DO NOT TAKE PAST 4:00 P.M. OR MORE THAN 4 CAPSULES DAILY. Take this product 5 days on and 2 days off. DRINK AT LEAST 8 GLASSES OF WATER DAILY.
