Exceeding recommended serving may cause serious adverse health effects including heart attack and stroke. Discontinue use and call a physician or licensed qualified health care professional immediately if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headaches, shortness of breath, or other similar symptons. Individuals who comsume caffeine with this product may experience serious adverse health effects.
Do not take with alcoholic beverages. This product contains 12 mg ephedrine per serving. The maximum recommended serving of ephedrine for a healthy adult is no more than 100 mg in a 24 hour period for not more than 12 weeks. Do not exceed recommended serving. Certain herbs in this formula contain naturally occuring caffeine.
